What others say about our stress-free fundraising services
"It was no accident that we turned
to you 18 months ago when we felt the need of a fresh approach
to fundraising. Your ideas and enthusiasm were just what we needed.
The visible increase in income, especially from new sources,
says a lot. Thanks to your efforts we have more business sponsorship
than ever before, much better links with local press and media,
a well designed newsletter, and our Friends scheme."
Margaret Thompson, South Yorkshire Community Foundation

"Peter's enthusiasm and sheer hard work were extremely
beneficial in kickstarting the National Railway Museum's fundraising
activities."
David Leon, Marketing Manager, The National Railway
Museum, York
"The building appeal met its target
well before our deadline from the diocese. I can honestly say
that as well as getting a very professional service there was
an honesty and genuineness in our dealings with PMC that we were
not expecting when we approached professional fundraiser."
Val Johnson, Project Manager, The Cellar Project,
Bradford
"What started as a small need to raise £100,000
- has now become a fully blown project with a bottom line of
£3.5m - Without the tenacity, professionalism and sheer
dogedness of Peter we would not have made the leaps and bounds
we have made so far. I welcome the opportunity to recommend his
services to other charities."
Doug Alker, Chairman, East Lancashire Deaf Society
On behalf of all of us at Sheffield
Theatres, I thank you for your tremendous fund raising efforts
on behalf of the Lyceum Theatre. In very difficult and competitive
times you have managed to tap deep down into Sheffield's financial
roots and made many surprising contacts on behalf of the theatre.
I hope that you and your family will continue to come and
see shows and if there is any time when I can help you please
be in touch with either myself or Sally.

Peter Johnson of PMC Communications
worked as a fund raising consultant for Sheffield Botanical Gardens
Trust from March to August 2002 (inc). We had already raised
£900k towards our target of £1.25m matching funds
for our Lottery grant. We believed a significant part of the
balance could be raised from the general public, given a focussed
campaign. Peter was engaged to lead that campaign.
I believe that, as a result of his efforts, awareness of our
Appeal has been significantly raised. Particularly successful
has been the series of articles in the local media, which Peter
facilitated through his substantial network of contacts. His
'pane of glass' sale also proved very successful. Early results
suggested that his time with us will prove a very good investment.
David Stone - Chairman Fund Raising Committee, Sheffield
Botanical Gardens
PMC have been a professional help in structuring and
moving forward our approach to potential Funders, in planning
how we launch, the routes to travel down, what we need to make
our appeal attractive to Funders and ensuring that we project
the right image. Our target of £6m to build and equip a
new Medical Research Centre here in Hull and East Yorkshire.
To-date - May 2003 - we have just tipped the £1m mark
with the support received from PMC."

Institute (in association with Hull York Medical School)
